Emaar has announced the topping out of the Opera Grand tower in Dubai.

The 70-storey skyscraper includes premium apartments and townhouses, infinity rooftop pool, health club, billiard room, and kids’ club.

Earlier, Emaar announced the start of sales of a new project, Elie Saab Villas

In Q3 2021, 2,200 residential units were completed in Abu Dhabi according to consulting company, Asteco.

This is 6.3% more than in Q2 2021 (2,070 units).

In Q4, 2021, 4,600 residential units are expected to be completed.

Average occupancy rates across hotels in the UAE in October 2021 was 78.8%.

This is the highest October level since 2015.

The highest occupancy rate was recorded in Dubai – 80.7%.

Average daily rate (ADR) of hotels in Dubai increased by 14.9% since January 2021.

Revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased by 57.1% compared to October 2020.
