November results – real estate market records

According to the digital platform, Property Finder, Dubai recorded 7,000 property sales transactions worth $4.9 billion in November 2021.

This is the highest November sales record since 2013.

Compared to October 2021, transaction volume increased by 30.8%, and value increased by 36.9%.
Compared to November 2020, transaction volume increased by 80.4%, and value increased by 138.8%.

3,781 transactions worth $3 billion – secondary and ready properties
3,219 transactions worth $1.9 billion – off-plan properties

Off-plan transaction value is the highest since 2009.

Compared to November 2020, real estate market sales figure increased:

Secondary

Transactions volume increased by 17.4%, and value increased by 27.6%

Off-plan

Transactions volume and value increased more than 50%

From January to November 2021, 55,651 property sales transactions worth $36.8 billion were registered. This is the highest yearly sales figure since 2014 and 88.4% more than 2020 as a whole.
