Residential property prices in Dubai rose in Q3 2021, according to the consulting company, Asteco.

 

Compared to Q2 2021 prices rose :

  • Villas – by 9%
  • Apartments – by 6%
 

Compared to Q3 2020 prices rose:

  • Villas – by 37%
  • Apartments – by 14%
 

In Q3 2021 in Dubai completed:

  • 100 villas
  • 3,600 apartments

In Q4 2021, 9,300 apartments and villas are expected to be completed. Most of them are attributed to the Azizi Riviera project.

Emaar has announced the sell-out of Lamborghini villas in the Dubai Hills Vista project.

 

Interiors are designed in collaboration with the Automobili Lamborghini. All villas feature private rooftop lounges overlooking Burj Khalifa.
